Metal Roof Tiles

Metal Roofing

Two to three times the service life of asphalt and the best performance in wind and hail. Standing seam hides its fasteners; exposed-fastener panels cost less but the gaskets are a maintenance item. Common on porch and bay accents, low-slope sections, and commercial buildings.

Storm Restoration

Hail and wind rarely damage only the roof. Gutters, screens, windows, siding and garage doors are usually hit in the same event and routinely left off a claim because nobody documented them. We inspect and photograph the whole property, not just what's overhead.

Exterior Painting

Prep decides how long a paint job lasts, not the brand on the can. Pressure washing, scraping, caulking, priming bare wood, and correct sequencing matter more than the finish coat. Sun-facing elevations in North Texas fade years before shaded ones.

Interior Painting

Ceilings, walls, trim and doors each want a different sheen and a different approach. Sheen choice does more for a room than color does — flat hides wall imperfections, satin and semi-gloss stand up to cleaning on trim and in wet areas.

Windows

Fogged glass means the seal between panes has failed, and it can't be cleaned or repaired. Drafts and rising bills usually trace to frame and seal condition rather than glass. Replacement and new-construction windows install differently and aren't interchangeable.

Window Screens

Standard screens keep insects out. Solar screens block a significant share of heat before it reaches the glass, which matters most on south and west elevations. Frames are made to measure, so accurate dimensions come first.

Cleaning Roof Gutter

Gutters

Undersized or clogged gutters back water up under the shingle edge and rot the fascia behind them. Downspout placement and discharge distance decide whether water leaves the foundation or pools against it. Guards reduce cleaning; they don't eliminate it.

Chimney Caps

A missing or rusted cap lets rain straight down the flue and gives birds and squirrels an entrance. Caps are sized to the flue, and multi-flue chimneys need a single custom cap rather than several small ones. Stainless and copper outlast galvanized by a wide margin.

Garage Doors

The largest moving part of a house, and the most common storm casualty on the front elevation. Dented panels, a broken spring or a bent track are usually repairs; wind-blown or buckled doors usually aren't. Springs are under extreme tension and are not a DIY item.
