READY TO SCHEDULE YOUR INSPECTION?
Storm damage, a leak, or a roof that's just old — Request an estimate, a second opinion, or assistance with an active insurance claim. Scheduling takes approximately one minute, and you will receive confirmation by text.

Shingle and Material Options
Three-tab, architectural, designer, and metal all behave differently in heat and hail. Architectural bonds multiple layers for added weight and wind resistance. Class 4 impact-rated shingles carry the highest rating available in asphalt, and many carriers discount your premium for installing them.
Hail and Wind Damage
Most hail damage is invisible from the ground and won't leak for a year or more. Wind can break a shingle's seal without moving it at all. What gets paid on a claim depends on what gets documented — and most policies carry a deadline for reporting storm damage.
Repair or Replace?
A roof at the end of its life shows granules in the gutters, curling edges, and brittle shingles that crack when lifted. Isolated damage on one slope is usually a repair. Failures across several slopes usually aren't. We'll tell you which one you're looking at, including when the answer is "not yet."

Attic Ventilation
A roof fails from underneath as often as from above. Without balanced intake and exhaust, attic heat and moisture cook the shingles from the back side and can void a manufacturer's warranty. In North Texas summers this shortens roof life more than most homeowners realize.
What's Underneath the Shingles
Underlayment, decking, flashing and drip edge do most of the work of keeping water out. They're also where corners get cut, because nobody sees them once the shingles go down. Ask what's going under your roof before you compare two bids.
Metal Roofing
Two to three times the service life of asphalt, the best performance in wind and hail, and considerably more expensive upfront. It makes sense on low-slope sections, porch and bay accents, and for owners planning to stay long term or tired of repeat hail claims.

How the Insurance Process Actually Works
You file, an adjuster inspects, and the carrier issues a scope and a settlement. What gets paid depends heavily on what was documented before that inspection. We photograph every damaged element and meet your adjuster on site so nothing gets missed.
Reading a Roofing Estimate
Two bids on the same roof can differ by thousands and describe entirely different work. The gap is usually in tear-off versus overlay, decking allowance, flashing replacement, and what the warranty actually covers.
After the Roof Is On
A new roof isn't maintenance-free. A short annual walkaround, clean gutters, and trimmed branches will get you the full service life instead of two-thirds of it.
